Equipment:Â
Savox servos: 3290 for elevators (25mm arm) , 3262 for vectors (34mm arm) and rudder (24mm arm), 1271 for flaps (20mm arm), 2292 for ailerons (35mm arm).Â
Turbine: Jets Munt 210
Radio: Jeti. CB210, 2x REX7and Cortex Pro Gyro.Â
CG
L gear: 5786g | R gear: 5862g, Nose Gear: 1005g = Total weight: 12,653g (full uat, empty tank)
I'm using 2x 2200Mah 2 cell batteries for RX/gear, and one 3 cell 2700Mah for the turbine.
I have 250 of lead in the front of the canopy.
This CG us very neutral and most people would prefer it to be more nose heavy. Note that flying with such neutral CG can cause the plane to stall in knifedge or vertical yaw tumble. When happened, full power and some down elevator will get your out of it.Â
Gyro Settings:
The only thing changed from the stock setting on the cortex pro is to reduce the gain on the rudder. The rudder in the Diablo is very effective and requires very little movement.Â
